工作职责: Managing marketing funnel development and maintenance, including analysis designed to inform opportunity prioritization, and support conversion of qualified leads through to acquisition, in line with order and revenue targets • Establishing and managing CRM and Marketing Automation tools as process enablers • Manage all Marketing reporting and analytics, ensure data integrity, perform data manipulation and develop dashboards • Provide support for marketing campaign automation including email marketing, analytics, lead list tagging and import • Creating and deploying best-in-class proposal development methodology, providing on-going coaching to field marketing and commercial stakeholders • Defining and measuring the return on investment of field marketing programs in driving order and revenue performance • Developing customer satisfaction programs to create promoters who are willing to proactively & publicly support GE HCIT • Building collaborative relationships with Global and Regional Marketing Operations peers in order to facilitate the leveraging of best practices from, into Great China 岗位要求: Bachelor’s Degree , Major in Marketing is preferred • Market awareness and excellence • Excellent oral and written English communications skills • Strong analytical process skills • Process-driven orientation and execution focus. • GE intern experience is preferred 一周至少3个整天,可实习6个月优先
