Responsibility
1. Update organization chart and recruitment progress, headcount budget control
2. Data collection, consolidation and analysis
3. Organize and facilitate kinds of meetings with regional HR
4. At least attend 3 days per week, more days is preferred
Requirement
1. University degree
2. Major in Science during his/her high school days
3. Pleasant personality with sense of initiative and be positive
4. Well organized, follow up and flawless execution
5. Eagle to learn to be a HRBP
6. Good understanding and communication skill
7. Agile to adapt to new environment and quick learner
8. Well known and familiar with office software. Excel skill is extremely needed
9. Proficient in oral/written English, Chinese as mother tongue
