1.Support general manager's secretary daily issues.(e.g. collect and return signed documents,translation, pick up the teleohone, search for the information of map.hotel.airplane,train,etc) 2.Manage departmental documents.(e.g.TEC/GEC,HR,HC,intern request, LAMS,etc) 3.Assist the TA to complete department administration work and other assigned responsibilities. 4.Assist to coordinate the plan execution between various departments. What do I need to quealify for this job? 1.Proficient in oral and written English and expert in using Microsoft Office. 2.Good service attitude,smart,diligent,and woking under pressure. 3.Woking time 4 days/week with contract term at least 6 month will be preferred
