Mission & Main Tasks:

- Tracking and presenting concept-related customer complaints

- Mapping customer complaints and analyzing thoroughly the reasons

- Researching customer satisfaction topics online and in customer surveys (i.e. customer studies, field trips)

Job Duties:

- Interface between all divisions at Audi R&D

- Data analysis and processing

Working Relations:

- Internal department C/EG-2

Qualifications

Education:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar

Professional Skills

- Preferably with initial work experience as automotive engineer

- Profound knowledge in MS Office applications

Personal Skills

- High technical understanding of vehicles

- Structured, systematic and analytical working attitude

- Open-minded with strong communication skills and a high ability to work in an multi-cultural team

Language Skills

- Fluent in German and English (reading, writing & speaking)...
